1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Scriptweave Legal or engaging our professional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scriptweave Legal, governing our contractual relationship.
We provide expert contract drafting and legal document review services within the jurisdiction of England and Wales. Our bespoke legal calligraphy services are subject to specific craftsmanship timelines detailed in Section 3.
2. Provision of Services
Scriptweave Legal provides professional legal documentation services, including:
- Custom Agreement Formation and Contract Drafting.
- Comprehensive Terms and Conditions drafting for digital and brick-and-mortar businesses.
- Professional Legal Document Review and Risk Assessment.
3. Legal Calligraphy Works
Our bespoke legal calligraphy is a premium service combining legal precision with artisanal craftsmanship. Each piece is unique. By commissioning a calligraphed document, you accept that minor variations in ink density and script height are inherent to the hand-made nature of the work.
Drafts must be approved in digital format before physical calligraphy commences. Once the physical scriptweaving process begins, no further structural changes to the text are permitted without additional fees.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the drafting process. Scriptweave Legal shall not be held liable for any legal deficiencies resulting from omissions or inaccuracies in the instructions or background facts provided by the client.
Payment for services is required in accordance with the fee schedule provided at the time of engagement. For bespoke calligraphy projects, a 50% non-refundable commencement fee is standard.
